Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A CIM qualification is an added advantage
• Proven experience (minimum of 6 years) in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or digital industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, content creation software, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
